This report aims to present the capacity-building activities and implementation programs that took place online and in primary schools in Cyprus, Finland, Greece and Portugal. These activities were intended to improve the capacity of schools and communities to work together and act as inclusive hubs for migrants while combatting barriers to inclusion. Additionally, the report presents valuable recommendations for further enhancements in this domain.
